Insomniacs Coffee is a small coffee brand operated by Prairiestack. The idea is simple: good coffee, roasted to order, delivered on a schedule you choose. Love your grind.
How it works
We do not hold stock and we do not run a roastery. Every order is passed to our US roasting partner, who roast the coffee to order and ship it straight to you. That is why the coffee reaches you fresher than a bag that has been sitting in a warehouse, and why our delivery has two parts: roasting, then transit.
What we sell
Twelve-ounce bags of roasted coffee — single origins and blends, from light roasts through to French roast, plus a decaf. Each product page states the roast level and the country or countries of origin. You choose whole bean, drip or espresso grind before you add it to the cart.
What we do not claim
We do not publish tasting notes or scores for our coffees. We have not cupped them ourselves, and we will not take someone else's description and present it as our own. We do not claim certifications, allergen status or health benefits for any coffee we sell. The descriptions on this store are the facts we can stand behind: roast level, origin, format and weight.
Subscriptions
Every coffee on this store can be bought once, or as a subscription delivered every 2 or 4 weeks at 10% off the one-off price. There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time — see our terms of service.
